Together we are transforming our business from a traditional provider of products to a modern for-impact, analytically driven multichannel company of meaningful audio solutions for everyone.POSITION OVERVIEWAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and closing sales. You will leverage your deep product knowledge, sales expertise, and industry experience to contribute to our team's success and help us achieve our sales targets. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and target potential customers through various channels including outbound calls, emails, and social media.Qualify leads, conduct initial discovery calls, and determine customer needs and requirements.Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently generate new sales opportunities.Sales Execution & Closing:Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, aligning solutions with customer needs.Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals in a timely manner.Collaborate with the sales team to close complex deals and ensure seamless transitions from prospecting to onboarding.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction, resolve any issues, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and solutions to drive their business success.Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline progress, sales activities, and outcomes to management.Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Share best practices, customer insights, and product feedback to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.Mentor and assist junior sales representatives as needed, sharing knowledge and sales strategies.PROFILE - does this sound like you?· Integrity is not just a word· Seeks different perspectives, listens to understand· Creative thinker and self-starter· Open minded and always willing to learn· Sense of humor with a positive mindset· Enjoys helping build something for a greater purpose· Maintains focus on the potential opportunities in every situation· Enjoys working collaboratively with all levels of an organization· Motivated to develop long lasting and trusting relationships· Highly organized and can effectively multi-task· You are adaptable: you realize that sometimes things change.· Life-learner: You take pride in learning, as well as sharing what you know with your teammates.· Treating people with kindness and compassion while prioritizing your personal wellbeing, building trust by demonstrating authenticity and following through on commitments, and work to build strong relationships with colleagues by participating in communication loops to share and receive honest feedback.
