With over $1 billion in lifetime lending, we continue to expand and seek ambitious, career-driven professionals to join our growing team.Position Overview:ZINC Financial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive loan production, expand our lending presence, and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge of private money lending, a track record of developing broker and borrower relationships, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a team of Business Development Officers (BDOs).Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Build and grow a white-label wholesale channel across multiple states, leading a 2-3-person team.Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a 3-5 person BDO team, earning override income from their production.Loan Origination: Leverage industry expertise to source and close loans in fix & flip, DSCR, and construction financing.Training & Development: Design and implement onboarding, training, and coaching programs for remote BDOs.Strategic Growth: Identify and execute key business initiatives to expand loan volume and improve operational efficiencies.Networking & Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and borrowers.Data-Driven Performance: Monitor and take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize production.Market Expansion: Utilize data mining, digital marketing, and targeted outreach to identify and attract new business opportunities.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in private money lending, specifically in business-purpose loans (fix & flip, DSCR, construction).Proven track record of building and scaling a successful production team.Strong leadership abilities with 2+ years of experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing a sales team.Deep understanding of KPI management and sales performance tracking.Established network of industry contacts and ability to identify and cultivate new relationships.Experience with data-driven prospecting, digital marketing, and client acquisition strategies.Ability to work independently and remotely while effectively leading a distributed team.Why Join ZINC Financial?Competitive base salary + performance-based commission &override income.Opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team.Direct impact on the expansion of a market-leading private lender.Entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment.Career advancement within a growing, multi-faceted financial organization.If you are an experienced lending professional looking to take your career to the next level, we invite you to apply and join ZINC Financial's mission to fuel the success of real estate investors across the country.
