ARM is looking for a self-driven, energetic, experienced Civil AutoCAD Designer who embodies an ownership mentality. As an AutoCAD Designer, you will collaborate with a team of multi-disciplined engineers and scientist, project managers, and other staff to meet the high standards of service we provide to our client's. This role will support a wide range of projects related to solid waste, environmental services, oil and gas, water resources, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control planning, wastewater, and geotechnical services.This role can be filled at our Hershey, State College, Jessep, Canonsburg, West Chester, Bethlehem, PA, Marlton, NJ or Columbia, MD offices.ResponsibilitiesEfficiently generate grading plans, profiles, sections, and detailsPrepare earthwork cut/fill analysis and provide reporting to other team members for use in preparing project designsPrepare maps, diagrams, figures for inclusion in client documents, presentations, meetings, and technical reportsPrepare technical plan layouts and construction drawingsSupport professional and technical staff in preparing project deliverablesBase RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of AutoCAD drafting and grading plan experience.Candidate must have proven drafting presentation skills, must be proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.Should be accustomed to completing work with limited supervision, on budget, within expected timeframes, and be comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team environment or independently.Secondary degree in CAD/Survey Technology or Engineering preferred; at a minimum, an AutoCAD Certificate is required.A self-starter possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills, and be adaptableDesire to work on multiple projects in parallel rather than a single large project for monthsYour Wellness, Our Priority: A Look at Our BenefitsWe invest in our teams well-being and future through a comprehensive benefits package with a range of offerings designed to support you holistically.
