Human Resources Manager - Manchester, CT (On-site)Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Manchester, CT. This on-site role will support manufacturing operations at both the Manchester and Columbia locations. The HR Manager will play a critical role in employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and overall HR strategy.Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace.Coach managers and supervisors on best practices for employee engagement and performance management.Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Provide guidance to HR support staff and lead various HR projects.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, including talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations.Coordinate payroll processes, manage timecards in Kronos, and oversee workers compensation cases.Support workplace safety initiatives, training, and compliance efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and conflict resolution.Strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.Experience in manufacturing (Aerospace preferred, but not required).Proficiency in HR systems such as Kronos and Workday is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive environment.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
