You will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational controlling, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations. Here's what you'll enjoy:Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1!Financial Security: Employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.Growth Opportunities: Room for advancement and professional development.Perks: Free meals, parking, and membership to the American Airlines Credit Union.Recognition: Be part of a company that values your contributions and celebrates success!How Youll Make a DifferenceFinancial Planning & AnalysisPrepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, customer profitability reports, budgets, and interim forecasts.Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to drive decision-making.Monitor daily financial performance, identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities to optimize facility profitability.Develop and maintain robust inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.Ensure complete and accurate financial reporting for customers and internal stakeholders.Implement internal audit processes to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Operational & Strategic SupportAct as a financial partner to the General Manager by providing data-driven insights that support business strategy and growth.Support operational KPIs, including manpower planning, food cost control, and discretionary spending oversight.Participate in cross-functional leadership meetings, offering financial expertise to drive efficiency and performance improvements.Collaborate with corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment with company-wide financial objectives.Leadership & ComplianceLead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring they are well-trained and aligned with company goals.Ensure that financial operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and internal audit requirements.Provide leadership in cost control, financial reporting, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.Plan, implement, and control cost and project budgets, making data-driven recommendations for corrective actions when needed.What We Look For in a Candidate✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.✅ 3-5 years of finance experience, with at least 1 year in a financial management role.✅ 1-3 years of experience in catering, food service, or a related industry preferred.✅ SAP or similar ERP software experience required.✅ CPA/MBA preferred or equivalent experience in financial management.✅ Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting.✅ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively collaborate across teams.✅ Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.✅ Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Ready to Elevate Your Career?If youre a highly skilled financial professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you!
