This is a salaried position that offers the opportunity for bonuses and growth within the advisory track to provide technical support for the more senior advisors, as well as support client relationship management. The Financial Advisor will work closely with an Associate Advisor and Client Service Specialist to create and implement complex financial plans and lead the client relationship on all matters to ensure execution of the plan is handled accordingly.This opportunity will allow you to develop and gain access to outstanding market and growth opportunities while adding stability and capacity to the overall business operation.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbrace technology, enjoy a collaborative environment, and hold in high regard serving clients in a fiduciary capacity.Work with other experienced financial planners, client service, and administrative professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions to HNW and UHNW clients.Provide direction to the Financial Planning Team to create customized comprehensive financial plans and portfolios for clients, including life insurance analysis, estate and tax planningGain a thorough understanding of each client's financial situation to help create and deliver suitable investment strategiesCoordinate needs with internal and external team members to support an overall client experience and successful execution of sophisticated financial plans are met and executed successfullyStay abreast of significant changes or developments (e.g. insurance, taxation, regulatory, legal, competitive, and technical) within the fields of financial planning and investmentsHelp to develop, document, and maintain financial planning processes and proceduresDeliver analysis on cash flow, in-depth Roth Conversion strategies, and maximum social security strategies using a combination of unique characteristicsQualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in Business, Economics or Financial PlanningA minimum of 7+ years of experience creating sophisticated financial plans, working closely with HNW and UHNW ClientsCFP® Candidate RequiredAdvanced knowledge of key financial planning, including investments, estate, tax, insurance, annuities, and risk managementPossess and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and priorities at onceThorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of firm servicesSelf-starter and aptitude to work with a sense of urgencyCompensation & BenefitsThis is a salaried position subject to current market demands and candidate experience that offers the opportunity for bonuses and includes a generous benefits package.
