Construction Project ManagerLocation: Dallas Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: Competitive, based on experienceAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects in the education, religious, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring project objectives are met.Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, maintaining strict cost control.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct risk assessments, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Implement value engineering and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.Provide strong leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.Conduct regular site visits, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on education, church, or industrial projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Primavera).Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications.Strong negotiation skills for handling subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.OSHA certification is a plus.A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape communities, schools, and industrial facilities.Competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefits package.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Career advancement opportunities within a well-established and reputable company.If you are a results-driven Construction Project Manager with experience in education, religious, or industrial projects, we want to hear from you!Apply now by submitting your resume and project portfolio to Matthew.Lewis@
