Akkodis is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator (Product Development) position for a job with a client in Everett, WA is available courtesy of Akkodis.Rate Range: $30.00 - $33.00/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.Duration: 6-12 months with strong chance of converting to a Direct Hire position.Location: Everett, WA (Local candidates only, please)Job DescriptionThe Operations Engineering Team and the Project Coordinator (PC) take enjoyment out of product development and sustainment of company products. The PC owns any activity related to planning and coordinating project development, product sustainment, and process improvement throughout the products lifecycle. Perform functions related to ordering engineering materials, delivering parts to team members, helping support compliance documentation to ensure company products are safe and in compliance per all regulations. Work alongside manufacturing engineers to support any tasks, as well as support the factory budgets and projects. Our new colleague should be flexible and positive. Accurate and structured, with an eye for detail. Ready to work in a complex layered and less prestige environment, with constant changes as our company is growing all the time. Ability to learn new systems.Responsibilities:Identify potential risks and issues for timely concerns to the functional team.Maintain aspects of factory budget, spend, and forecast.May lead small project programs.Ensure part availability, working with planner buyers and procurement. Experience:Associates degree or higher required.Matter of swift action, detail oriented, organization, are all a must.Shown Problem-solving skills with a mentality for continuous improvement.Customer service experience preferred.English - good verbal and written level.Solid proficiency in Microsoft.Project experience involving manufacturing or engineering a plus..Personal Skills:Accurate and structured.Positive attitude.Flexible; able change gears.Eye for details.Independent.Curious.Social.Team PlayerIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
