Heavy Civil Estimator

Seeking Civil Estimators for multiple positions in the greater Phoenix area. Must have experience in Heavy civil construction including earthwork, underground utilities, paving and WWTP. We are looking to hire all experienced levels from Jr. to Sr. Estimators.**$120K-$170K/year DOEAnnual bonus programPaid Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits401k with Company MatchPaid Vacation and HolidaysRelocation Expenses Paid, if requiredProject selection, estimation, take-offs, business development, bid submissions, budget preparation and project risk analysisComplete estimate development and close-out.Work closely with the Proposal Manager, Lead/Chief Estimator and Area Manager for all pursuits.Evaluate the project for execution risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Attend and direct, in close coordination with the estimating team and assigned project director, the estimate turnover process with operations.Closely assist the assigned Project Manager/Director/Operations Manager with any questions that may arise during the first few months of the project.Visit projects onsite periodically and provide helpful recommendations to improve execution performance.Background ***2+ years' experience as a Civil Estimator with a self-perform contractorBS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experienceKnowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid is a plus
