If this sounds like you, come TREKK with us!Professional Engineer ResponsibilitiesPerform engineering analysis and/or design for storm, sanitary and water utilities, including water and wastewater treatment, facilities, and pump and lift stationsStormwater analysis and design, including detention, green infrastructure and other sustainable solutions that both reduce storm water flow and improve water qualityPerform design, analysis and engineering of commercial, residential or mixed-use civil site designCreate job specifications and contract documents for bidding purposesCalculate quantities and construction cost estimatingUse experience and skills to provide deliverables as outlined in project scope, within budget and on scheduleLead project team in quality control processMarket Lead ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining client relationships with new and existing clientsCollaborating with TREKK leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, systems and programs that support TREKKs purpose and visionConducting business development tasks, including identifying, selling and delivering meaningful work for your teamProject Manager ResponsibilitiesWork with internal stakeholders and external clients to define project scope; this includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining scope of projects, and assigning team members to specific tasksAssemble, manage and lead a team capable of meeting or exceeding client expectations for their vision; this includes providing the team with guidance, training or coaching to set them up for successEffectively communicate project goals, risks and requirements with clients and project teamMonitor project progress and set deadlines to ensure they are completed as outlined in the scope, schedule, budget and deliverablesEstablish and maintain client relationships with new and existing clients, as well as actively participate in business development activities to win work for your team and grow market share and client networkingSupport Market Leads in meeting KPI goalsEducation, Licensing, Certification and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer certification requiredAt least 10 years of experience in civil designRequired Skills/AbilitiesKnowledge of Bentley, MicroStation, Open Roads, and/or AutoDesk Civil 3DHECRAS, HECHMS and/or Innovyze Modeling ProductsExtensive knowledge of engineering principles and proceduresWorking knowledge of design standards, including AASHTO, MUTCD and APWAStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organizationProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteTo learn more about our comprehensive benefits and opportunities with TREKK, please visit: Careers at TREKK "” TREKK Design Group, LLC
