We are searching for a Lead Project Estimator ll on behalf of our client This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) The person will be in the Estimating Group within the Engineering & Construction Division. This position will be filled by an individual with experience in renewable estimating or constructionThe Lead Project Estimator will be a key member of the inventive and vibrant Estimating Team and will support design, planning, and budgeting of projects. The ideal candidate has experience in the renewable and/or high voltage transmission industry, a highly developed understanding of construction means and methods, a deep understanding of wind, solar, substation, and transmission construction requirements, robust project management skills, and strong leadership qualities. In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams involved in project development, planning and execution to develop project estimates and improve estimating tools.This is a leadership role within the team. Day to day responsibilities include leading and preparing estimates, the development of pricing models, and evaluating new technological innovations in the industry.***** Juno Beach, FL Per diem offered for two months, No relocation bonus1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2)This position develops, quantifies, costs, and provides a complete capital expenditure (CapEx) model for evaluating projects. CapEx models include all engineering, material, direct construction, and indirect construction costs.
