Branch managers responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing the locations revenues.Skills and Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFour-year degree preferredExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenDependable and punctualPrevious recruiting or staffing experience required and previous experience in fast paced environment with primary focus being on customer service and satisfactionPassion for working with people; comfortable and professional while working with clients, associates, and teammatesProficient with basic PC skills such MS Office Suite and knowledge of relevant employment oriented social media websitesExcellent verbal, written, planning and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse culturesAbility to solve conflict appropriately and in a timely mannerSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to speak, read and write in Spanish is a plusAbility to work with and train co-workersResponsibilities include:Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.Review open orders daily; work with service team members to determine urgency and priority to meet client needs and deadlinesPerform onboarding requirements including hiring paperwork, criminal background checks, drug screens, I-9, W-4, and any client specific informationThoroughly orient new hires on company policies and procedures as well as client expectationsPartner with decision makers at client sites to make candidate selections, negotiate pay, perform associate appraisals, and conduct safety site inspectionsVisit prospect client locations and maintain current client relations to generate new business opportunitiesParticipate in job fairs and networking events in the communityResponsible for training current Staffing Recruiters as well as potential new Staffing RecruitersWhy Performance Staffing Solutions?Weekly payMonthly bonus based on branch performanceMajor holidays, PTO, and your birthday offMedical, vision, and dental insurancePerformance Staffing Solutions helps businesses build and manage contingent workforce solutions, filling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with top talent.
