Our team is dedicated to creating meaningful and recurring impact for our clients by delivering net new business through our unique sales architecture frameworks.We are currently the fastest growing sales team in 2025 on pace to do over 2M in Sales within the first 12 months of business.All roles include a salary plus commission with an OTE MINIMUM of 100K. Each roles maxim first year compensation varies by industry. Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Full-Time Remote Sales Professional (Sales Tycoon) to join our dynamic and results-driven team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, engaging with potential clients, championing customer success, and relentlessly pursuing revenue growth. You will be expected to:Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified leads.Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Engage in timely follow-ups, conduct product/service presentations, navigate objections, and close deals that align with our clients' needs and business goals.Foster Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing prompt and insightful responses to client inquiries, ensuring positive long-term partnerships.Collaborate & Coach: Work closely with cross-functional teams and junior sales staff to share best practices, refine pitching strategies, and drive continuous improvement in sales tactics.Manage & Report on Metrics: Consistently update CRM tools with prospect and client information, track key performance indicators, and provide regular sales forecasts to the management team.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Research the competitive landscape, keep updated on market developments, and incorporate new knowledge into strategic sales efforts.This is a fast-paced role that demands a sharp business mindset, the ability to manage competing priorities with grace under pressure, and a deep-rooted passion for surpassing ambitious targets.QualificationsProven Track Record in Sales: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams that consistently exceed targets.Outstanding Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.Strong Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Adept at navigating complex client relationships, resolving objections, and delivering mutually beneficial agreements.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: Formal education that provides a foundation in business processes and strategic thinking.High-Level of Ownership & Accountability: Relentless focus on results, demonstrating resilience and tenacity in achieving quotas under limited supervision.Growth Mindset & Adaptability: Willing to embrace feedback, adopt new technologies, and pivot strategies as needed to stay aligned with company goals and client needs.(BONUS) NOT AFRAID TO GET ON THE PHONE AND MAKE A CALL!
