We provide exciting growth opportunities, value capabilities, and attitude over experience, enabling the Mathemagicians to "˜Leave a Mark'.Role DescriptionThe Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and securing new client partnershipsThe primary focus of this role is to bring in new logos to the company by identifying potential clients, engaging them, and converting them into long-term partnersThe Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in driving the companys growth and broadening the companys market reachThis role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth through innovative and effective sales techniquesThe candidate must be proactive and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the market and excellent interpersonal skillsThis role will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, fostering relationships, and creating long-term value for the companyJob ResponsibilitiesUtilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry eventsResearch and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and servicesManage and execute the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the dealDeliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the companys products/services and their benefitsPrepare and deliver sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior management/LeadershipProactively identify business development opportunities for your existing client engagementsPartner with customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding of new clientsSet and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs, including new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetrationDevelop and implement strategies for retaining and growing client relationships to ensure long-term business successMaintain a deep understanding of the companys products/services and their unique selling pointsContinuously refine and improve the business development strategy to ensure alignment with company goalsBeing a MathemagicianUnderstand & embody MathCo's culture and way of working.Demonstrate an ownership mindset to drive results, striving for excellence.Engage actively and contribute to initiatives fostering company growth.Support diversity and understand different perspectives.Required Educational QualificationsMaster's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field7 - 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Analytical and consulting industryExperience working with Technology/ Pharma/ Retail client is an added advantageStrong understanding of sales processes and techniquesEstablished network of contacts and potential clientsFamiliarity with lead generation toolsMust be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
