As an Account Manager in the USA at our analytics services firm, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with clients. You will work closely with the CEO and Co-founder, as well as collaborate with offshore teams to deliver tailor-made solutions for client needs.Your focus will be on selling to key decision-makers in the CIO, CTO, Heads of Data & Analytics, and RGM roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing both on-ground and offshore pre-sales teams.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets,focusing on selling to CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Analytics, and RGMs.Identify and pursue opportunities to establish strategic partnerships with majorindustry players such as Microsoft, SAP, Snowflake, AWS, etc., to expand the firmsmarket presence.Travel to client locations within the US, primarily on the east coast, and occasionallyto other parts of the country, to close deals and maintain client relationships.Lead the end-to-end process of RFP participation and contract negotiations to securenew business.Revenue Ownership and Lead Management:Take ownership of achieving revenue targets and monitor performance against setgoals.Generate qualified leads in coordination with lead gen agencies, marketing teams,and by attending conferences and networking events.Conduct regular communication with leads and clients to understand their pain-points, challenges, and opportunities, and provide collaborative solutions.Cultivate strong relationships with clients to gain their trust and convert them intolong-term customers.Team Development & Cross geography*team collaboration:Build and manage a high-performing on-ground and offshore pre-sales team. Provideleadership, coaching, and support to the pre-sales executives to enhance theirperformance and ensure they meet their objectives.Collaborate with offshore pre-sales team and build a well-structured sales enginewith robust practices. Work closely with the CEO and Co-founderRequirements:10-15 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in Analytics/Softwareservices like Data engineering and Business Intelligence platforms/SaaS productsStrong network and experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data & Analytics, and RGMs.Proven track record of selling Analytics and Big Data solutions to US Fortune 500 companies.Ability to develop and secure analytics projects with large enterprise clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Availability for short notice travel as required. Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales and growth targets.Experience working with cross-cultural and on-shore, off-shore models.Ability to develop innovative ideas to meet the needs of a fast-growing and evolving business.Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, Marketing, or a related field.MBA is a plus.This position provides a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, challenging, and entrepreneurial environment, with significant responsibility.
