Job ***** Manager Commercial Lending***** NY/NJ/GAJob **Overall experience in Banking ** 8+ years (minimum)Commercial Banking lending experience, preferably with CRE/IPRE lending experience (5+ years)Strong understanding of commercial loan origination and approval process including roles and responsibilities of lenders/relationship managers and underwritersStrong understanding of commercial loan types, collateral types, and deal structuresStrong understanding of related business documentation including term sheets and credit presentationsStrong understanding of lending regulationsCommercial underwriting experience (5+ years)Understanding of individual and business financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flowUnderstanding of standard financial spreads for individuals and businesses including financial ratios, combined statements and global cash flowFamiliar with rent rolls, unit mix and net operating statementsUnderstanding of covenants, covenant calculations, tracking, and testingFamiliar with credit approval process, authorities and controlsFamiliar with risk rating, PD (Probability of Default) and LGD (loss given default)Strong organizational and project management skillsProficient with Excel, Word, PowerPointCreditLens certification (good to have); Candidate must be willing to pursue and successfully complete certification process through Capgemini.
