GQR LIFE SCIENCES - Business Development LeaderASAP Start dateRemote or NYC officeLife Sciences recruitment agency experience requiredThis position is to join our Life Sciences staffing division, as a Business Development Leader with full onboarding & training provided in-house based remotely or in our NYC, NY hub.The **o Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients to achieving revenue goalso Consultatively sell to clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetingso Review terms of business with client and negotiate for mutually favorable outcomes on the permanent and contract recruitment divisions.o Manage RFIs, RFPs, key presentations and pitches, including ideation, creation and implementationo Build out and design terms of business via internal legal software packages in collaboration with internal legal counselWhat You **o Familiarity with staffing solutions such as Contract, Perm, RPO, Talent Advisory and Retained Searcho Extensive experience in pain point sellingo Several years experience in a Business Development / Sales role within a Life Sciences recruitment agencyo Ability to interact positively with clients, internal staff, and Company business partnerso Excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environmentso Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal strategy and pivot according market fluctuationso Accept personal responsibility for producing results, individually and as a teamo Action oriented, results driven, able to accomplish project objectives to meet or exceed expectationsEmail Kate.Drury@ for a confidential discussion about this position.
