If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building robust client relationships, and have a proven track record in sales and project management, let's have a conversation!About The RoleThe Construction Sales Project Manager will possess strong prospecting skills and an aptitude for customer service. A successful candidate will oversee and manage sales activities for construction projects from kick-off to completion. They will have an inspection and sprinkler fitting experience while ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless execution of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and NFPA codes, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe incumbent will estimate and quote new construction projects along with upgrades to existing fire sprinkler systems. Company vehicle provided.Why Join Blair Fire Protection?Company of choice in Fire Prevention and ProtectionDiverse fire protection solution projects in Milwaukee and surrounding areasAdvancement and training opportunities, educational assistance, and work-life balanceDedicated to customer success with every projectEstablish your career with a growing local companyResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.Generate, cultivate, and acquire sales and new leads while maintaining existing customer accounts.Create, maintain, and manage sales proposals, bids, and quotes for multiple fire protection construction projects.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually favorable outcomes.Collaborate with designers and project management team to provide value engineering options to increase the efficiency and quality of products and services.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., designers, field service, and other project managers) and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Proactively build relationships and communicate with owners, architects, general and sub-contractors, engineers, and designers throughout the construction processQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience.)5-plus years of fire protection construction sales, or a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a similar role.Demonstrated track record of generating sales leads and effectively moving prospects through the sales pipeline.Bidding and estimating experience are a plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven time management skills and ability to work with multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in MS Office and project management software and tools (e.g., Procore).Sprinkler design background is a plus but not required; AutoCAD, AutoSprink by MEPCADProfessional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, NICET) are always a plus.Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project inspections.Valid and in good standing driver's license.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Our Total Rewards Offering:Blair Fire Protection offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement benefits, paid vacation, and holidays, coupled with a challenging and team-oriented work environment to help you succeed in your career.Take the next step in your career - APPLY NOW!Blair Fire Protection is a Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer
