Chameleon are looking to hire experienced Account Managers to work within our US business, focused exclusively on our US clients. The role will be based in Denver, Colorado, although Chameleon has a flexible working from home policy. We request that the successful applicant is present in our office for 3 days a week, the days to be agreed with your Line Manager.Our US business has clients within 3 of our main Industry verticals - Consumer, Industrials and Life Sciences. We have a strong pipeline of work with existing clients, with our Account Managers playing a leading role in the mandates that we are executing. Most of our work with our clients is retained (>95%) and the successful candidate will need to be experienced in running processes in this manner. This includes writing of collateral, definition of search strategy, leading weekly client update calls, headhunting of candidates, offering consultative advice on how searches are developing and managing entire processes from cradle to grave.Our clients not only value our ability to identify with and engage in the passive candidate market but also to give consultative advice as to how a search is progressing, making suggestions should a change of strategy be required. The ability to be "solution orientated" is paramount - we must own and lead a process.Networking is a key skill of the Account Manager - due to the level we work at, each candidate is a potential future client, and we need to always operate with the utmost professionalism. OurAccount Managers are encouraged to travel, to meet Clients face to face, to attend conferences and develop a work focused social media profile that will position them as an expert in their field. We are a business that has long-standing client relationships with many of our corporate partners, building those relationships by operating as a true partner in the pursuit of their talent strategy.ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience withing recruitment and/or executive search.Previous experience of having delivered services within the recruitment industry - ideally around our Search and Consulting service proposition.Preferred background / track record of having worked internationally, especially with clients across North America.Knowledge of having worked with clients within Supply Chain and Operations would be advantageous.Proven track record of working with clients over a long period of time, developing relationships and service propositions.SkillsExcellent communicator who uses a collaborative approach to problem solving.Ability to influence and collaborate with various organizations and management levelsStrong consulting skills, ability to operate as an expert in your fieldAbility to operate as a mentor to less experienced employees within the business, managing and motivating them on projects when there is not direct line management responsibilityFluency in English is mandatory, an additional language would be advantageous
