Start here.The Sales Associate promotes our consultancy services, sells event tickets, and drives revenue. He/She conducts thorough needs analyses with a focus on aligning and directing entrepreneurs and business owners on business planning, competitive strategy development, and mid-level management and leadership development through a consultative approach. The Sales Associate leverages a highly developed "5-by-5 matrix" to support every stage of a business lifecycle from startup to early stage to mid stage to mature to acquisition and merger.He/She deploys advanced selling principles and provides timely sales advice to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and practices. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing strategic support and valuable inputs, helping generate leads, and meeting sales objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Empowers businesses in their growth journey through a comprehensive range of services, which includes personalized one-on-one sessions with Patrick Bet-David and other seasoned industry experts affiliated with our consultancy, small-group strategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, inspiring keynote speeches, and moreBuilds and maintains strong relationships with existing clientsUnderstands clients needs and offer solutions from our range of servicesGuides businesses in the implementation and improvementEnsures client satisfaction and retentionNew Business Development:Identifies and prospect new clients through various channelsConducts outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetingsPresents the value of Bet-David Consultings services to potential clientsSales and Revenue Generation:Achieves and exceeds sales targetsCollaborates with the sales team to optimize revenue and client acquisition strategiesMaintains accurate records of sales activities and client interactionsProduct Knowledge:Stays up to date with Bet-David Consultings services and offeringsAble to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clientsMarket Research:Keeps abreast of industry trends and market conditionsProvides feedback and insights to the team to refine services and strategiesActively and regularly participates in team meetingsIdentities key areas of improvement in existing sales strategiesCreates sales plans and recommends cost-effective sales practicesGenerates useful insight about customer needsFacilitates interactive discussions and mentors teamServes as primary sales resource and helps address issuesProvides direction for executing policies and strategiesEmploys ethical standardsMaintains knowledge of business operations and product offeringsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferredDeep understanding of various sales practices including cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales3+ years of sales and account management experience; outbound sales is required2+ years of event ticket sales preferredMust have exceptional communication and listening skills with the ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leadersPrior entrepreneur experience preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS OfficeWatch a Realistic Job Preview VideoCompensation: Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
