This position is fully onsite at our Santa Ana office, allowing for real-time teamwork, immediate problem-solving, and a strong sense of community among our team members.Who You Are:As a Senior Manager, Client Project Manager (Strategy Development) you will be supporting and leading multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle to implement cost savings with our clients. You demonstrate time management skills with the ability work multiple projects and meet deadlines. As the dynamic requirements of the client and project change, you are a proactive problem solver that possesses the ability to think outside the box to deliver results. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail oriented and take pride in the work that you produce. You will be working collaboratively with our internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain the project scope and schedule. Building relationships with clients' C-level leadership and key stakeholders is a necessity for success in this position. Objection handling and the ability to resolve complex situations is required.What You Will Do:Provide support on managers' portfolio of accountsAssist with client data collection throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in client meetings via in-person and virtualPrepare and present project documents by ensuring all content is accurate and client readyInfluence people and build strong relationships with clients and co-workersCreate and manage project management plans & artifactsSupervise and support current projects with all team members to keep projects on trackManage risks to the project; anticipate potential delays and initiates plans for risk mitigationExecute to project objectives; obtain client approval and implement maximum cost savings opportunitiesMaintain appropriate level of communication with internal and external stakeholdersResolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely mannerBuild working knowledge of core expense areas that PRP manages for clientsComplete additional duties as requiredWhat You Need:Bachelors degree7-10 years of applicable project management/coordinator experienceBackground in management consulting preferredExcellent quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workloadStrong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain effective relationshipsHigh EQ, strong conflict management skillsWho We Are:Profit Recovery Partners is a professional services firm that develops, implements and manages cost-reduction solutions for FORTUNE 1000 companies, law firms, private equity firms and private companies throughout North America.
