The BDR will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for Quantum Rise's AI consulting and product solutions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to contribute to the expansion of a cutting-edge AI consultancy.Key *Research and identify potential clients across various industries, with a focus on high-growth organizations looking to leverage AI.Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.Qualify inbound leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with Quantum Rise's AI solutions.Collaborate closely with the sales and leadership teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.Set up meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales executives and consultants.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progression in the CRM system.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI use cases to effectively communicate Quantum Rise's value proposition.Work closely with sales and marketing teams on prospecting strategies and pipeline development.What We're Looking **1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably in technology, consulting, or AI-related industries).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the AI space.Ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude and persistence.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Our organization offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
