As a growing firm, we are committed to delivering world-class talent solutions, providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.Role and *Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive-level roles within the Food and Beverage and CPG industries, from sourcing to final placement.Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to align with client needs, while understanding their company culture and industry-specific challenges.Source and identify high-caliber candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and headhunting methods.Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline to meet the current and future hiring needs of clients in the Food and Beverage and CPG sectors.Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluations, and reference checks to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and new recruitment practices within the Food and Beverage and CPG industries to drive a competitive advantage.Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and smooth transitions.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven track record of full life cycle recruitment, preferably in Food and Beverage, CPG, or related sectors.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the nuances of executive search.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sales acumen.Ability to build and sustain relationships with high-level executives and clients.How to ***If you are an experienced and results-driven recruiter passionate about making an impact in the Food and Beverage and CPG industries, we encourage you to apply.
