About the **The Tampa Bay Times is looking for a dynamic Performance Advertising Director. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven leader with high digital business acumen. This leader will be responsible for a team of sales executives who sell creative marketing services to our local area businesses and beyond. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital sales initiatives and maximizing strategic revenue opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement innovative digital sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.Identify and develop opportunities to maximize programmatic advertising revenue.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital sales executives, ensuring optimal performance and growth.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Forecast quarterly and annual sales and adjust budgets accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.Stay up to date on product launches and ensure the sales team is well-informed and aligned.Performance Tracking & **Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.Provide regular reports on sales numbers, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to leadership.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.Expertise in CRM software and digital sales tools.Strong background in setting and achieving sales goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.In summary, we are looking for a skilled leader with a strong digital sales background who can drive growth and lead a team to success.
