This individual must be a driven team player whose primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business. The ideal candidate has demonstrated a successful growth record in a marketing agency, thrives in a fast paced environment and is eager to stay on the forefront of digital marketing.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of hunting, prospecting, building, and maintaining a sales pipelineAchieve daily-weekly-monthly outbound sales activity expectationsBecome an expert in our service offeringBe an expert at discovery; asking the right questions that will enable us to match our offering to our prospects unique business needs.Discover prospects needs, and devise and execute strategies to win target clientsWork with client services team to develop execution strategy for prospective clientsQualify and close prospective clients that will benefit from our service offeringEfficient, consistent, and effective deal managementConsistently meet or exceed revenue quotasBuild strategic relationships to increase inbound referralsClose inbound and referred businessUse to manage and update sales activityAttend and prospect at industry conferencesGive our prospective customers a taste of excellence in the sales process; you are their first impression of their partnership experience with our agentsRequirementsProven consultative sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsPrevious experience in a sales role, preferably at an Agency/OPM, affiliate network, ad sales, or for marketing technology company with a consultative sales approachAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and ClevelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan tocloseMust be comfortable hunting, with experience in lead generation and cold outreachProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsDemonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsBA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experienceSome travel requiredUse of your image/background/professional profile for the purposes of marketing strategiesQualifications3+ years of relevant Sales ExperienceExperience in digital marketing sales; affiliate marketing experience Knowledge in e-commerce, marketing product feeds, online strategy, and marketing analyticsComfortable selling to "C" level executivesAbility to navigate a sale with multiple decisionmakersStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective time-management, planning and organizationskillsProven ability to deliver high-quality, result-based workAbility to thrive in a start-up environmentExperience with Salesforce and Microsoft OfficeBenefits:Full medical coverage paid by the companyat 100%Full Dental and vision paid by the companyat 100%Short Term and Long Term Disability paid by companyat 100%401(k) match & financial advisorsFree basic life insuranceCompetitive paid vacation and sick timePaid parental leavePaid holidays and floating company holidaysAbility to work remotely
