Whether its a government facility, a cutting-edge commercial space, or a high-end residential development, we are committed to bringing our clients visions to life with precision and quality.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Superintendent to oversee an upcoming $100M construction project from ground-up to handover. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of ground-up construction processes. The Lead Superintendent will work alongside the Senior Project Manager and take full responsibility for field operations.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Lead the construction project from inception to completion.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 field reports.Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, owners, and inspectors.Operational Management: Take full ownership of field operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.Workplace Culture: Maintain strong leadership, creating a team that people want to work for.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 15 years of construction experienceStrong background in ground-up construction with a track record of leading successful projects.Experience working with larger construction firms preferred.Skills & Tools:ProCore proficiency is a mustMicrosoft Office efficientBluebeam experienceBilingual preferred (English/Spanish)Strong written and verbal communication skillsPresents well, confident in knowledge, and follows through on commitmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of $130,000.00 - $170,000.00Work-life balance- Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM (weekend rotation as needed)Health insurancePTOBonus
