Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of multiple projects on time and within scopeManage deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projectCreate document libraries to support / drive reporting for senior managementCommunicate and Coordinate with internal teams in support of team VPWork directly with internal clients to ensure deliverables across all projectsCoordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and highlight overlap or conflictsPerform a variety of tasks in support of team VPA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Network/telecom hardware sourcingTelecom/network hardware colocation servicesContract negotiation for technical contracts RFP - Request for proposalExtensive project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives that require outside the box thinkingExcels in SharePoint, including but not limited to Site creation capabilities, use of content management tools and ability to build/manage large document "libraries"Excellent in MS Office 365 applications and integration optionsStrong time management skillsSourcing experience / Contract negotiation skills a plus but not a requirement, Technology Sourcing experienceAbility to engage and interact with functional leadsAbility to capture and analyze data to help make decisionsOur client is a leading Finance and Insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
