Project Manager

SNI Companies has partnered with a specialized manufacturing company in Carrollton/Farmers Branch TX area that is seeking a BAS Project Manager to join their team. This position will manage the Building Automation system (BAS) projects and will play an integral role in the growth of the controls department. Responsibilities: Lead project teams to support department and company goals including financialsEscalate issues on projects in a timely mannerSale and Estimate BAS construction jobs and change ordersManage the needed materials and manpower to support assigned BAS projectsEstimating of costs (materials, equipment, and labor) of BAS assigned projectsCoordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of workAssist in sales calls to prospective clients as requiredEffectively manage projects from conceptualization to completionFacilitate and attend BAS project meetings as requiredActively participate in career related organizationsQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years in BAS experienceIdeal candidate will have Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara and Distech Controls experienceStrong analytical and leadership skillsDemonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordinglyIn-depth understanding and "hands on" experience with any or all of the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers3 to 5 years experience in energy management, building commissioning and/or systems diagnostics/ troubleshooting
