Currently looking for a Project Manager to lead the charge onsite at the Dulles International Airport to oversee and mange the completion of the new Baggage Terminal. Details are listed below!Job Description:Day to Day:This person will be the Project Manager for installation of baggage handling equipment for a new concourse at Dulles airport. Monitor and report on project performance, including cost control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Must Haves: 8- 10 years experience in a technical project in an airport, if not in an airport in the facilities, manufacturing, or factory space.Must understand how baggage handling works and how electrical power communications feeds into a greater system at the airport.Strong technical skills and willingness to understand technical skills - like installing an xray machine at a hospitalBachelors Degree in Finance, Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field, however years experience can make up for itClean background + ability to obtain public trust clearanceAbility to pass a drug testPlusses:Aviation experience is a huge plusBaggage handling experience is a huge plusMaterial handling at an automated warehouse is a huge plusProject Management Professional (PMP)
