Job Title: Miscellaneous Metal Project ManagerLocation: Atlanta, GASalary: up to $130,000 + BenefitsAbout The Client:Goodall Brazier are seeking a Project Manager for a reputable steel company based in the Atlanta area.Known for delivering bespoke miscellaneous steel work across the Southeast, they've recently expanded with an Atlanta office, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and advancement.Role Overview:Manage projects from contract execution to completion, overseeing all phases of construction while working closely with on-site Superintendent. With a primary focus on scope, schedule, and cost management. Youll work closely with general contractors, architects, and engineers to uphold construction standards and foster strong professional relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, execution, and resource management.Work in tandem with on-site superintendent.$7m - $9m portfolio value, 9 - 12 projects. Ensure quality and safety standards are met.Oversee projects from Atlanta down into Florida. Compensation:Base - $100,000 - $130,000Phone & Truck contributionChange Order bonusYearly bonus (% of base salary)VacationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
