Apply now for consideration!Contract: 9- Months, W2Location: HYBRID, Seattle, WAPay Range: $40-50/hour DOEBrief Summary:The Global Robotics Delivery team is seeking a passionate and talented User Experience Designer to help design and enhance Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Productivity applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, working with internal and external Robotics team members to create intuitive web applications.Responsibilities:• Quickly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements through data, usability findings, market research, and proven UCD principles• Assess and optimize new and existing features through usability testing and analytics data interpretation• Present design work to user experience teams, product teams, and leadership for review and feedback• Contribute to best practices and standards for user interface design and development• Provide leadership in web application design and user interface innovationsRequirements:• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on web-based applications (Portfolio required)• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Visio• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience• Knowledge of usability principles and web-based information architecture• Experience with ERP product life cycle systems (Oracle EBS, Agile PLM) is a plus• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills• Ability to work with highly technical teams in an agile, fast-paced environment• Experience in web application design and prototypingRussell Tobin / Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.#LI-JJ2
