Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a stong construction background and the following skills and experience:5 + years managing commerical construction projects Detailed and accurate estimating of competitive bid, negotiated, design-build and CM at Risk commercial construction projectsAbility to complete accurate schedules, submittals, change orders to variance and pay requests, on time, on budget record of tracking variances and cost projections, estimating, knowledge of project scheduling, subcontract and PO management, construction oversight with superintendent.Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards and a capacity to handle pressure.Ability to work well in a team-based environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Leadership skillsConflict resolution skillsAbility to negotiate and effectively communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
