As the North American sales and engineering subsidiary of a large parent company based in Italy, we are strategically located between Chicago and Milwaukee.We are looking for a Project Manager (Manufacturing) to join our team and oversee the delivery of key custom-engineered equipment projects!Why YOU Should Apply:Competitive Salary: $80k-$115k, based on experienceRole with Impact: Manage custom-engineered equipment projects in a growing industryWhat We're Looking For:Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering (experience with headworks equipment is a plus)Manufacturing project management experience will also be consideredYour Day-to-Day:Coordinate internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects on time and within budgetPrepare engineering submittals in accordance with specifications and contractual requirementsSupervise project detailers and delegate responsibilities to enhance project contributionsMaintain a 90%+ on-time goal for submittal completion/approval and other time-sensitive deadlinesReview consulting engineer's specifications to ensure equipment meets requirementsManage the project from receipt of PO through submittal, production release, shipment, and startupCoordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionMonitor job section budgets and margins, and prepare monthly project updatesServe as the main point of contact for contractors, engineers, and sales representativesWork with Accounting on any accounts receivable issuesReady to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in the water and wastewater treatment industry?
