Their corporate integrity, financial strength, and outstanding record of performance make them an attractive partner on large, sophisticated infrastructure projects.Description:As a Project Scheduler, reporting to the Project Executive, you will have the opportunity to:Manage and coordinate with the project team(s) to generate the monthly status updates and narrative reports as required and stipulated by the Contract Documents of the Owner/ClientDemonstrate excellent working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6Familiarity with cost, quantity, and labor hour loading at the activity and LOE levelUnderstand the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its derivatives CPI and SPIRead and interpret plans, models, and specifications for the development of schedulesRepresent the company and/or the project in meetings with project owners, A/E representatives, and other contractors as requiredEnsure that corporate planning and scheduling standards are implemented and that all project-related activities complyPerform additional scheduling-related assignments as required, such as time impact analysesWork with the Estimating and Preconstruction Department to ensure timely development of bid schedulesAssist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clientsExhibit strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and function effectively as part of a teamMaintain discretion and confidentiality at all timesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required10 or more years of experience in the construction and/or engineering sector in CPM schedulingExperienced in scheduling for construction projects using Primavera P6 software in the commercial general building sector or civil construction sectorExperienced in scheduling for projects in excess of $750M valueExperienced in the development of resource and cost-loaded baseline schedulesAbility to assess risk and perform forensic delay analysis and time impact assessment in case of project delays and claimsProficient in P6 and Microsoft Office platformsWillingness to travel to project sitesThe salary for this position is between $175,000 and $225,000 depending on experience.
