Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead a team in the design and planning of roadway, highway, and freeway improvement projects in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.Responsibilities:Strategically position major highway or roadway projects.Manage client relationships and oversee service applications.Identify and secure new projects with local clients.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Lead and review project delivery teams.Mentor and develop team members.Lead proposal development and negotiations.Provide technical advice and long-term strategic planning.Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients.Ensure successful contracting and project execution.Professional Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.10-15 years of experience in Transportation/Public Works.California Professional Engineer (PE) license.Knowledge of regulatory issues and key stakeholders in the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley.Strong relationships with City, County, and State agencies.Proven supervisory and mentoring skills.Proficient in writing and presentation.Entrepreneurial mindset to grow our Transportation practice.Strong engineering judgment and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility to work from home or the office as needed.
