They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team and ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.Location: Richmond, VACompensation: $120,000 to 150,000 base salary + bonusesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.Develop project schedules, budgets, and contracts while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.Review and approve invoices, manage cost control data, and prepare cost reports.Ensure project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, is properly processed and maintained.Conduct and track LEED requirements as applicable.Oversee project close-out procedures and ensure compliance with contract specifications.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and team members.Qualifications7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including healthcare, financial, and light-industrial sectors.Experience with large-scale ground-up projects (office buildings, industrial facilities, etc.).Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and blueprint reading.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 30%).Category Code: JN043
