NOC Project ManagerOur client, a leading provider in the wireless services industry, is seeking a highly motivated NOC Project Manager to oversee and enhance network operations. This role is integral in ensuring seamless communication, technical efficiency, and continuous process improvement within the Network Operations Center (NOC). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to support field technicians and regional teams effectively.This Role Offers: Competitive base salary plus uncapped high-percentage commissions. Maintain accuracy and consistency in all technical documentation and procedures. Serve as a primary point of contact between NOC staff and regional teams, fostering clear and efficient communication. Design and optimize surveillance protocols to enhance overall system efficiency and reliability. Support and mentor field technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting and system optimizations. Uphold regulatory and operational standards, aligning Fiber, DAS, and WLAN systems with CTS Operations protocols and industry-leading practices. Utilize platforms such as Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and IBWave to analyze and enhance network operations.Skill Set: Minimum of two years of experience in network/system monitoring, process development, or a related technical role. Possesses in-depth expertise in fiber optic, distributed antenna, and wireless local area network technologies, with a solid understanding of operational protocols. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in operational execution and documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments. Relevant certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+, Server+, or equivalent professional experience.
