About our Client:Our client is a national general contracting and construction management firm that primarily serves the private sector. This GC takes care of its people (demonstrated by the low turnover and high tenure of its current employees!). Local candidates only!Project Manager II and Senior Project Managers will be considered, as the company is looking to grow with multiple hires.ResponsibilitiesWork with Preconstruction team to scope, estimate and buyout projectsWork with Field Supervision and Project Management to establish operation priorities and ensure safety and quality on every projectEnsure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needsEstimate, value engineer and develop project budgetsFacilitate the subcontractor bid process to include processing, distribution and tracking of all project bidding documentationUtilize software programs and templates to process, distribute and track all project documentationNegotiate subcontractor and material buyout; develop and negotiate subcontractsPlan and schedule projectsManage jobs in progress including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, documentation and ensuring quality and safety on every jobMange project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment; continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits through project completionPerform project closeoutCapable of managing projects $20+ million in sizeQualificationsB.S. in Construction Engineering or related technical area preferred or relevant commercial healthcare construction experienceHealthcare experience preferred.Minimum 8 years experienceExtensive network of relationships in the healthcare marketA high level of communication and interpersonal skills is required.Work from the Indianapolis office
