Job Title: Project Manager Must Haves:7 years of experience in concrete construction environment or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of experience. Experience in vertical concrete - building high rises, data centers, stadiumsExperience with financials in concrete industryCash flows, budgeting, reporting, costLong term experience at previous companies Day to Day:The Project Manager I will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.80% of role is financial - managing cost, budget, cashflow etc20% is being onsite, making sure concrete pouring goes well, workings with superintendents, gcs, explaining the numbers to everyone else, reading drawings, working with quality team, etc. Responsible for Pre-Construction DutiesCoordinates Job Transition and Start-up ProcessManages Cost and ScheduleManages Cash FlowOversees the Work of Direct ReportsMaintains Client RelationshipGenerates and Submits Technical RecordsSupports Construction of ProjectManages Project Safety and Risk Management ProcessesEnsures a Safe Work EnvironmentParticipates in Training/Certifications$100,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary.
