Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, leading, and coordinating activities for new product introduction, sustaining engineering projects and regulatory projects. This position is responsible for creating project plans, aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meets quality expectations. Acting as a key point of contact, the Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and engineering collaboration to product launch and post-mortem. This role requires a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers excellence.What Youll Do:Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to determine when projects meet the appropriate criteria to require a project manager.Facilitate meetings with product management, sales and engineering to develop detailed project plans including scope, goals, timelines, deliverables and budgets.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.Communicate tasks, schedules and updates internal stakeholders.Lead phase gate exit meetings and facilitate approval process.Assess requested scope changes and facilitate discussions for approval.Oversee the release of design validation orders and communicate requirements to production facilities to support shipping schedules.Provide ship dates and updates to internal stakeholders.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesTravel to production facilities to drive project deliverables and ensure compliance with project standards.Manage product launches and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.Conduct post-mortem evaluations and communicate results and recommendations.Continuously provide feedback to improve project management best practices and contribute to documenting processes and methodologies.Maintain clear and thorough records of all project communication including maintaining project boardsPerform additional duties as assigned.What We Look For:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.2+ years of product application, project management or related experience, preferably in the HVAC or machinery manufacturing industryExperience in phase gate project managementIn lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience in project management or HVAC industryStrong organizational and communication skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfactionStrong leadership and excellent communication skillsPMP or similar certification is a plus.Work Environment:The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate-controlled, atmosphere designed for productivity. There may be occasional opportunities to visit a lab or plant for meetings or collaboration.
