11302IntroductionVisium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Project Manager position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid (Mon-Thurs. Onsite) in Glendale, CA for a duration of 7 months with the possibility for it be extended.The pay rate will range from $30 - $33 an hour. The Temporary Project Manager, Operations CP will partner with key internal stakeholders including 3rd Party Commercialization, Franchise, Brand Merchandising, Creative Design and Product Design. This role supports both Creative Design and Product Design operations and reports to the Manager, or Sr Project Manager, Operations Consumer Products.Business Operations is focused on developing an operational model that enables efficiency, scale, productivity and innovation across CPGP. Consumer Product Operations supports the Global Product Creation team and is accountable for project management and operations across GPC, various new business models and regions including ongoing automation, process improvement and optimization to ensure teams are operating effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities:Establish timelines and manage projects to meet key milestones based on Needs & Assets and PTM calendarsFacilitate milestone meetings, employing strategies for effective and strategic meeting managementMaintain comprehensive project tracking to monitor and report project progressEscalate when deliverables are off calendar in a timely mannerThink strategically and with a solution-oriented approachLiaise with Licensees as neededManage sensitive early asset delivery processManage Legal/BA/Trademark/Music clearance process for Creative Design and Product DesignPartner with Games and Publishing teams when neededContinually evaluate processes to maximize efficiencies in ways of working leveraging technologyBuild relationships with global partnersRequired:3+ years project management experience or related work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communicationProficiency with PC and/or Mac office and data management software programsSolid organizational skills; able to juggle and prioritize projects and tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate recordsStrong interpersonal and relationship skillsStrong team player that works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisionsComfortable communicating with all partners at all levelsFlexible to change while able to manage and support multiple projects concurrentlyProactive and demonstrates strong initiative able to manage day-to-day work-flow with minimal supervisionAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProcess design experience.Experience building out business processes ideally in the creative, retail, ecommerce space. Team utilizesExperience using for tracking or comparableMust be comfortable with large amounts of data and be well versed with systems and data.Detail oriented to ensure everything is accurate Important to have strong communication skillsEducation:Bachelors degree in a business operations field or equivalent experience
