Senior Project ManagerThe Project Manager leads and manages projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they stay on budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, developing plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager also oversees team members, provides guidance, and resolves issues to ensure project success.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.Assign tasks and ensure clear role expectations among team members.Track progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain adherence to deadlines.Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.Manage project budgets, including forecasting and expense control.Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and maintain strong relationships (internal/external client-facing, depending on the project).Facilitate project meetings, provide timely status updates, and resolve obstacles.Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.Conduct project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions to improve future projects.Provide leadership, fostering a positive and productive team environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.PMP certification (preferred) or actively pursuing certification.5+ years of experience managing project scope, timelines, and profitability.Proven success in leading medium-to-large projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work under pressure.Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, including MS Project.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.Certifications in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.Experience in the financial or manufacturing industries.
