Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of general construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.Monitor project progress, addressing potential issues and ensuring quality and safety standards are followed.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in general construction project management.Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.Experience with commercial and/or residential projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend).Knowledge of D.C. construction codes, regulations, and permitting processes.OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Career growth and development opportunities.
