Title: Global Proposals ManagerLocation: Hybrid 3x a week in Philadelphia PADuration: Direct Hire with Benefits & PTOCompensation: Up to $140,000/yearExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Manager of Global Proposals, for a full-time opportunity with a legal client in the Philadelphia, PA area. This person will oversee proposals for the entire firm, seeing them through from start to finish. They will work on roughly 35RFPs per year, and upward of 40 Due Diligence requests. This Manager will establish best practices for managing the response process, as well as the content and format of all proposals. They also must be able to work with multiple departments, and gather internal feedback on submissions to determine trends and areas of improvement. In this role, this person will report regularly on the firms panel agreement, and update and improve data accordingly. Additionally, it is this Managers responsibility to convert highly technical legal language and concepts into clear and compelling demonstrations of the firm's service offering They must ensure that proposal responses demonstrate the attorneys' understanding of the client's business needs, and assist practice area client development managers with writing custom content for responses as needed. Lastly, this person will maintain comprehensive data on current and past submissions, including financial terms, win/loss rate, questions pertaining to diversity and/or sustainability, and other identified KPIs.Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years experience in a Proposals/RFP role in the Legal or Professional Services space - Experience "owning" proposal process, start to finish - Bachelors degree - Familiarity with experience management and CRM platforms - Experience with tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs. - Previous experience working with leading proposal portals (e.g., Ariba, Persuit) - Strong presentation skills
