Senior Project Manager

Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager. Our client is a local leader in the Technology industry.This position is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing projects that enhance the company's footprint in the technologies industry. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with the company's strategic objectives.This position reports directly to the President.Partial list of Responsibilities are below - a full job description can be provided to qualified/interested candidates:Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goalsAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor performanceDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve issues promptlyMonitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessaryInteract with customers, understand their needs and applications, and resolve concernsFacilitate regular communication and updates with team membersConduct post project evaluations and implement improvementsQualifications:BS or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field required5+ years proven work experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment requiredPMP certification preferredFunctional Skills:Ability to analyze data for cost control and resource allocation requiredProficiency in project management toolsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies requiredExcellent leadership and organizational skills to efficiently allocate time and maintain project schedules and budgets requiredDemonstrated expertise in risk management and process improvement techniquesExcellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsSalary & Benefits:$90,000 - $150,000"Beyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
