Company DescriptionCentric Development is an Owner, Developer and General Contractor operating in six states.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Project Manager at Centric Development in Reno, Nevada. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery on two multi story ground up apartment developments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure project success within scope, schedule, and budget.QualificationsProven experience, five years, as a Project Manager or similar roleStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in project management tools and softwareNot required but consideration given to individuals that are currently Qualifiers for the Nevada General Contractors License.
