Compensation:$31 hrto $34hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Job Description: A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Coordinator to join their Operations Support team. The Operations Support team provides project support for cross bore, leak survey, asset protection and emission measurement functions. The coordinator will provide project support for scheduling, financial tracking, and vendor management activities. Responsibilities involve the following but not limited to:Establish and maintains effective communication and working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholdersCreate project work packages for contractors (installation data, project scope/mapping, customer/premise information, etc.)Support financial processes such as invoice processing, requisitions, budget accruals and variancesCoordinate with internal and/or external service providersSupport project stakeholders and external agencies to ensure work is performed as planned, permitted, and scheduledReview and approve contractor submittals including data, status logs, sketches, photos and video to ensure compliance with SOW, progress reports, field changes, invoices, company standards, and policiesDevelop project scope and scheduleReview and monitor data for quality and accuracyRequirements: BA or BS in in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, GIS, or related field3-5 years of project coordination, including scheduling, financial tracking and vendor managementAbility to recognize task urgency to prioritize time and attend to critical detailsStrong business acumen and effective communication skillsAbility to work independently and problem solveAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with all levels in the organizationNice to have skills and experience: General understanding of city and county infrastructureExperience establishing or enhancing quality control auditing and data validation processesNatural gas, telecommunications, water, wastewater, sewer, or public works experienceKnowledge and/or experience with damage prevention programs (i.e. 811 locate ticket systems, watch and protect, cross bore impingement discovery and remediation, etc.)PMP certification, pursuing or plans to pursueQuality management systems (QMS) certification(s)ISO certification(s)
