Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a leading commercial construction company that has a rich history and phenomenal culture. The Sr. Project Manager will be based in Wilmington market overseeing projects locally. Commerical construction experience within large-scale GCs required. Large healthcare project management experience required.Responsibilities:Takes lead efforts with Owner and Architect with negotiations, conflict resolution and business developmentManages large complex projects and/or several smaller projects with limited oversight from upper managementManages a project in the Preconstruction Phase as primary project is occurring/concurrentlyGeneral oversight of Document Control and Management ProcessesSupervise team of OE/PE/APM in review/logging of RFIs/SubmittalsResponsible for managing, and training PM'sWrite and finalize trade specific contract scope/Bid Package Manual Specific Scopes of workFacilitate meetings with Owner to review Change Management processPerform Project Budget RevisionsReview and approve subcontractor monthly pay applicationsGenerate Owner pay applications and facilitate approval with Owner/ArchitectOversee coordination process of Virtual Design and ConstructionAbility to create and update Microsoft Project schedulesQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or related construction experience8+ years of project management experienceExcellent oral communication and interpersonal skillsComputer skills - Microsoft Office Tools, BIM 360, OneNote, CMIC
