We are committed to connecting individuals with the mental health support they need and are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Project Manager to drive our initiatives forward.Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per yearPosition OverviewReporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, the Marketing Project Manager will coordinate and execute diverse marketing projects across our family of brands. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker with experience in healthcare marketing and a strong background in communications, design, advertising, branding, and social media.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing projects that align with business goals.Assist in implementing the company's brand strategy and marketing campaigns.Conduct market research on trends, patient behavior, and competitors; prepare reports.Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.Collaborate on multi-channel strategies, including social media, email, and traditional advertising (billboards, bus ads, etc.).Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the business development team and provide promotional guidance.Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives to support meetings, events and conferences.Manage and maintain business development support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Identify new lead generation opportunities and sources.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred Skills & QualificationsHealthcare marketing experience required.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies.Experience with marketing metrics, reporting, and data analysis.Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.Proactive mindset with a passion for exploring new marketing opportunities.Why Join Us?At Your Behavioral Health, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact.
