Assistant Project Manager

Role: Assistant Project Manager Location: Indianapolis, INAbout the job:A young but established GC/Developer that has a lot of connections in the Multi Family and Mixed-use space is on the search for an Assistant Project Manager. This role will help manage projects/developments mostly in the Carolinas and Tennessee. They prefer for this role to spend most of its time on sight (will be compensated for travel) but they are also open to having someone visit 2-3 times a month while sitting out of the Indy office.They have a full pipeline of work through the rest of next year so they are looking to bring an APM as soon as they find the right person.
